Rostil Max 500mg is a medicinal product that seals blood vessels and increases their elasticity. It improves venous circulation. It is used in adults for the symptomatic treatment of venous insufficiency of the legs and rectum (hemorrhoids).

Composition
The active substance is calcium dobesilate monohydrate.

Each tablet contains 500 mg of calcium dobesilate monohydrate (Calcii dobesilas monohydricus).

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, talc, magnesium stearate.

Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

The usual recommended daily dose for the treatment of venous insufficiency and hemorrhoids for adults is 500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium dobesilate, i.e. 1 - 2 tablets per day.

The drug should be taken orally, during a meal.

Action
Rostil max affects both the condition of the vessels and the parameters of the circulatory system. It reduces blood viscosity by reducing, among other things, blood cell aggregation and fibrinogen concentration. It also increases the drainage of lymphatic vessels and reduces their permeability and fragility.

Indications
The indication for the use of Rostil max is the symptomatic treatment of venous insufficiency of the legs: pain and nocturnal leg cramps, a feeling of heaviness in the legs, paresthesia, swelling, skin changes due to blood stasis and varicose veins of the lower limbs. It is also used in the treatment of hemorrhoids.

Skład

Każda tabletka zawiera 500 mg wapnia dobezylanu jednowodnego (Calcii dobesilas monohydricus).

Substancje pomocnicze: celuloza mikrokrystaliczna, laktoza jednowodna, krzemionka koloidalna bezwodna, talk, magnezu stearynian.

Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty.

Zwykle zalecana dawka dobowa w leczeniu niewydolności żylnej i żylaków odbytu dla osób dorosłych to 500 mg do 1000 mg dobezylanu wapnia, czyli 1 - 2 tabletki na dobę.

Lek należy przyjmować doustnie, podczas posiłku.

Działanie

Wskazaniem do zastosowania leku Rostil max jest objawowe leczenie niewydolności żylnej nóg: bóle i nocne kurcze nóg, uczucie ciężkości nóg, parestezje, obrzęk, zmiany skórne na tle zastoju krwi oraz żylaki kończyn dolnych. Stosowany jest również w terapii żylaków odbytu (hemoroidów).
